ACHEAMPONG, KWABENA BOATENG DANIEL

Daniel Acheampong (Danny-sensei) is a Ghanaian born and raised researcher who after haven lectured briefly at universities in the city of Accra, relocated to upgrade his training in Japan. He obtained his Master of Philosophy degree at the University of Ghana and is currently a final year doctor course student at Okayama University. His areas of specialization include coordination chemistry, natural product chemistry and modern analytical techniques. He has much experience and contribution to the academia, industry, and society. And a strong builder of prolific collaborations in various aspects of basic and applied sciences, teaching (research) as well as long-term knowledge impartation skills.

Daniel is a creative and self-motivated individual with easy integration in a multi-cultural environment that has a unique combination of detail-oriented mindset.

As a research fellow at the Research Institute of Interdisciplinary Science (RIIS), Okayama University, and a part-time teacher at some super science high schools (SSHS)in Okayama prefecture. He is well equipped to undertake teaching and research in any parts of the world that may require his services. His impression about high schools in Japan (specifically Amaki HS) is a positive one. He believes that any country that adopts the style of lesson delivery in Japan will push high the academic capability of the nation.

Acheampong Daniel is married and a father, blessed with two awesome children (a daughter and a son).
